This is a very easy thing to do which usually required no tools at all.

Step one: Remove the black shielding under the drivers side of the dash.

Step two: Look underneath the dash on the drivers side and locate the fuse block.

Step Three: Locate relay # 94 or 173 (depending on year of car)

Step Four: remove relay and you are done.
